Cho Hee Dae, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court

Cho Hee Dae, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, is being pressured to resign by the ruling party, Together “Communist” Party. The party’s stance is the same with China Lee administration’s because Kang Yoo Jung Spokesperson of China Lee’s administration announced that Executive Office of the President expressed “조희대 사퇴 원칙적 공감” which means it basically agrees Cho should resign. They claim that Cho made political intervention by the Supreme Court’s ruling on the quashing as a judgment of guilty related to China Lee’s violation of Public Official Election Act by telling lies about Kim Moon Ghi on TV program before the 20^th presidential election. Kim Moon Ghi was director of Development Projects at Seong-nam Metropolitan Development Corp. and killed himself after being a testifier about Daejang-dong development project which is related to China Lee, Seong-nam mayor at that period.

Previously, in the impeachment phase of Yoon Seok Yul President, Judges at High Court as the second instance declared on March 26^th 2025 that China Lee’s violation of Public Official Election Act is innocent. They released unjust decision while naming a zoomed-in picture evidence as a manipulated evidence. Anyone can notice China Lee and Kim Moon Ghi near each other in pictures which were taken when they went on business trips to Australia and New Zealand from January 6^th to 16^th in 2015.

Jung Cheong Lae, the leader of Together “Communist” Party, posted a writing on a social media saying, “we nation expelled Lee Seung Man president, fought against Park Jung Hee’s Yushin dictatorship, sent Kwangju massacre Jeon Doo Whan and Nho Tae Woo to jail, sent irrational and fraud Lee Myung Bak to jail, and impeached manipulation of state affairs Park Geun Hye and insurrection Yoon Seok Yul. Based on the fact that those presidents were replaced, what is the big deal of Cho Hee Dae?” He showboated what he had done related to these former presidents in order that he makes even Cho step down from his place where Cho can find China Lee’s guilty which therefore can lead to disqualify China Lee’s presidential status and its power. From his post, Jung showed his willingness to dismiss Cho’s position, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. However, Repulic of Korea was estabilished based on the Constitution which allows three different powers’ separation which are legal department, administrative department and judicial department. Jung’s remark violates the Constitution of Repulic of Korea.

Jung Cheong Lae and other members of the ruling party said that they would conduct a Cho Hee Dae hearing even though Cho said that he would not participate in the hearing because there was not any reason for that. Before pushing him to come to the hearing, Seo Young Kyo released conspiracy related to Cho Hee Dae, while claming that he had a meeting with some people and talked “China Lee’s trial is on me.” Unfortunately for Seo, the recorded voices were found to be AI voices although Seo said that recorded voices were real when she first revealed, and even worse, the video with the recored voices also shows a warning indicating that the voices are AI ones.

What will Cho Hee Dae do next? Will China Lee go into Jail soon or someday?
